In the services provided there is a meal plan guide, but if you want something more customized to your eating style/preference, that is extra.
How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
The online, virtual experience is amazing because unlike a gym setting, you can get 24/7 access to your online coach. You are also not limited to hourly classes and can complete workouts anywhere and at any time.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
It all depends on your personal experience with equipment and with the gym. For someone who is just starting out, I would recommend doing body weight exercises, while those that are more advanced can work with dumbbells, kettle bells, or ever barbells.
Is this service only for someone who wants to work out at home, or can a gym-goer benefit from your services?
I actually work with several clients who love to work out in a gym setting. rather than at home. The same principle applies with gym-related exercises, which are customized and programmed for that client.
